The appartment was good and well located. The building and the facilities were not was we expected. Positive: Location is good with many places close by and the beach at walkable distance. Appartment is good and have all the ameneties described in the advert. Negative: Building has a constant smell to weed. Specially on weekends. The pool is very small and the gym also small and was closed during our whole stay there. There is no free parking around and my car was towed away. Only Vallet parking in the building.

Positive: room size. Negative: broken doors, loud neighbors, weed smell. Bad customer service.

Great location and value! Clean apartments and up front with fees! Positive: I was really happy with our stay. The room was clean with the exception of having a broom so I could clean up after beach days, it was fully stocked. Bed was very comfortable, location was great, and QUIET. Couldn’t hear any noise from other apartments. The city view was incredible, and the pool was perfect temperature. The only complaint was the elevator does get very crowded during certain times but they disclosed this up front. The valet was quick and easy, and the deposit and resort fees were all disclosed up front which was great to budget ahead of time. I loved that they have a shuttle bus to the beach as well and the food from the poolside restaurant was phenomenal! Drinks are very expensive there but well made. Highly recommend this stay for the value and location when compared to similar prices places! I loved seeing the bridge go up while sitting poolside too. Great experience !
