Positive: The hotel service was overall good but the room I stayed in was missing a lot of things. No glass cups provided, no telephone to call the reception, wifi wasn't working, and the TV remote wasn't working.

Disgusting, bloody blankets, and dirty floors. Never again.
Positive: The colors of the property were nice, but that is as nice as it gets. Everything was horrible.
Negative: The cleanliness of the property was disgusting. When arrived they made us wait 2 hours to get the room because they were cleaning it. When we went in the room, the room was filthy. Then they gave us another room and the bed covers had blood stains on them. Never in my life had I experience anything like that. Never stay at this hotel again.
