Our stay would definitely be rated as fair. The staff was wonderful at the resort.
Positive: We loved the location and felt very safe. We appreciated the shuttle to the beach.
Negative: We did not have enough wash cloths for the amount of people in the room. We were told we would be charged for new towels. The pool was closed the whole time due to maintenance, so other than the beach shuttle we didn’t feel we truly accessed the amenities and was charged an extra $90 resort fee. The pillows were awful on the beds and room needed another small trash can.
