Negative: The resort fee is a rip off! You guys don’t provide any good customer service on the beach. Valet was not on point. Elevator wait is ridiculous

Positive: Everything was amazing, we enjoyed our stay very much, the apartment had all the necessary amenities. The only negative thing was the long wait for the elevator and the so called tourist fee that had to be paid in addition to the cost of stay.
