Unique Beach Studio with Amazing Paradise Beach Service

Very disappointed and will not be returning to this hotel again. Positive: Location was good. Only good thing about my stay. I will not ever be returning to this hotel. Negative: I was not given the room I was assigned. I was given a room in the same hallway as the entrance to the parking garage which the attendants would leave OPEN all night. I could hear every car alarm when it went off, every horn beeping, there were people arriving and leaving at all times of the night while speaking really loudly. There were kids running and yelling in the hallways. I was woken up every night at least 4 or 5 times with all the noise. I asked to be moved to another room anywhere else and was told the rental company had a specific block of rooms they managed and since those were all full, even if the building itself had other free rooms, I was not able to change rooms. The bed was uncomfortable, walls, bedframes, carpet and furniture were all stained, showerhead is clogged up and has almost no pressure. It was also really difficult to get a hold of the rental company that was "managing" the property. Had to go thru booking.com to get a hold of the managing company for them to get a hold of the front desk people who I was standing in front of. It was just extremely disappointing over all. Definitely not well taken care of.

Positive: Good area, nice view! Negative: Parking is not included. 30$ for the day. Pool not included, 30$ each day for the person
